Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
Germany: approximately 2–5 business days
Europe: approximately 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
FIGUI is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not collected from a DHL parcel shop, parcel locker, or other designated collection point and is returned to us, a fee of €5.90 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
If the customer requests the order to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.
Safe Place Deliveries
If the customer authorizes DHL or another carrier to leave a shipment at a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or at another delivery location, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier.
Lost Parcels
In the event that a parcel is lost during transit, an investigation will be initiated with the shipping provider.
The investigation process may take several weeks depending on the carrier’s procedures.
Damaged Deliveries
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.
If the package shows visible signs of damage, please report this to the carrier whenever possible and contact us promptly.
Any damage discovered after opening the package should be reported to us as soon as possible so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
