Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs

A return shipping fee of €5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@figui.store so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
