Where are your products made?
All FIGUI garments are carefully produced in Portugal, working with experienced manufacturers known for high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our size guide on each product page to find the best fit for you. Our sizing is based on standard measurements designed to suit most body types.
For tailored pieces such as trousers, it is completely normal that small adjustments may be needed to achieve the perfect fit. Minor alterations — such as hemming the length or adjusting the waist — can easily be done by a local tailor.
We see this as part of the tailoring experience and recommend it whenever necessary to ensure the garment fits you exactly as intended.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order if it doesn’t fit or meet your expectations.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
How should I care for my garments?
Because we work with high-quality fabrics and focus on long-lasting construction, proper care is important to maintain the shape and appearance of your garments.
For most of our pieces, we recommend professional dry cleaning. Some items may also be suitable for gentle hand washing, depending on the fabric.
Always follow the care instructions provided on the product label. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying unless explicitly stated.
Taking proper care of your garment will help preserve its quality, fit, and longevity over time.
Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
We currently ship within Germany and to countries across the European Union.
Shipping costs within Germany are fixed and calculated at checkout. For orders to other EU countries, shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country.
The exact shipping cost will always be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
We are working on expanding our shipping options and may offer additional international shipping in the future.
